I’ve always loved and spicy food, especially Indian cuisine, so it’s good to know that following a keto diet doesn’t mean that I have to give this pleasure up, just modify it somewhat.
Admission: I haven’t tried this recipe myself, primarily because Butter Chicken is probably my least favorite Indian recipe (I’ve always found it to be quite sickly). However, I know that for a great many other people the situation is just the opposite and it’s their most favorite Indian dish.
So that’s why I included it here. If you’re a lover of Butter Chicken, or just Indian food in general, then give it a try yourself.
