I love eating out, and if I could I’d probably do it every day.

After all it’s so much easier – no buying ingredients, preparing the food and then cleaning up afterwards. And it’s so much more fun as well!

But the fact is that when you eat out you almost always end up consuming more calories. So make a goal to cut back at least 25% of your meals out initially and when you do eat out order something healthy like a grilled chicken salad instead of a burger and fries.
