4) Eat Big Early, Not Late
Try to consume most of your calories early in the day with a large breakfast, moderate lunch and very small dinner. That way your energy intake is being used up during the day and not adding on extra inches during the night. You’ll probably sleep better as well!
5) Don’t Eat At Least 2 Hours Before Bed
This continues on from number 4). This will assist in getting rid of the last of that light dinner you consumed. Only water prior to bed (no tea, coffee or alcohol either).
6) Suck In Your Stomach While You Walk
Doing this will do wonders for tightening up your abs with only minimal effort. It will also improve your posture.
