I’ve always loved nuts of all sorts. They’re just such an easy and tasty food, and to make it even better, they’re good for you (in limited quantities of course)!
In particular, I’ve always relished almonds. The taste and crunch of toasted almonds has always had a huge appeal. So when I read that we should all be trying to include more of them in our regular food intake, I couldn’t help but give a mental high-five.
