We’ve all of us seen those articles about how this person or that person lost one hundred pounds plus in a week – right? And invariably our first thoughts are going to be something like “Yeah, sure. And what type of surgery did she have”.

It’s a natural thought to have (if maybe a little bit cynical), and normally it’s 100% justified.

So that’s why I found this story about a lady called Jade who managed to lose over 100 lbs without the aid of any surgery or (expensive) personal trainers so inspiring and intertesting. I hope that you enjoy it as well.
