Goji berries are not as easy to find as the other items in this list, but if you can’t find them at your local store then they can easily be ordered online. They are excellent for reducing appetite as well as controlling blood sugar levels and are high in fiber.
They’re almost always sold dried, so like all dried fruit, you should use them very sparingly. I just sprinkle a few over my breakfast in the morning, where they add some delicious taste and help fill me up for the day.
