Burpees consist of squatting down, then do a vigorous thrusting of the legs, followed by a push-up before finally jumping back up.

If that sounds somewhat exhausting, then I have some bad news: it is! Most people totally hate doing burpees when they first start, but the good news is that if you learn to PUSH THROUGH the initial discomfort and keep going, it get a lot easier and it’s a fabulous way to trim your behind.
