Most of us wouldn’t think of doing our simple daily chores as being exercise. But even the most banal and mundane chore can expend calories.
Little things like doing the laundry involves lifting and bending. If your schedule involves activities such as cleaning and gardening then these are somewhat more intense. So next time you’re hard at work scrubbing the floor or weeding your garden, don’t resent it, just think of the benefits it’s giving you instead.
