6. Learn To Multitask

If you feel that you’re just to busy to exercise, then try to learn how to develop the skills to be able to multitask whilst you are exercising instead.

If you visit a gym – especially early in the morning, you’ll see many examples of busy people multitasking:

  • listening to a podcast while on the treadmill
  • making out a grocery list while on the elliptical

And don’t forget the simple act of walking discussed earlier either. It’s possible to do a number of other activities while pounding the pavements such as having a business discussion with a colleague or making a phone call.
