8. Exercise While waiting In Line
We all have to wait in line sometimes. It’s just a part of life, whether it be at the supermarket, an airport queue, waiting to get into a concert or whatever.
There’s no need to just ignore that time and waste it. Instead try doing a few squats, lunges and deep breathing. Who cares what other people think – it’s your life after all, and if they want to just waste theirs then let them!
