This is a fun routine from professional dancer Danielle Peazer. If you like the idea of getting fit and trim while having a great time dancing then this one is for you.

Having said that, I should also point out that it’s certainly not an easy workout, in fact it’s damn hard effort. So be prepared to work up a real sweat with this one.

This is a fairly low impact and intensity workout, but from the feedback I’ve seen, it still seems to be effective – although it’s probably not going to do much for your cardio fitness as it’s really targeted at the abs.

It’s recommended that you do this at least 4 times per week.
