How did you get on with these? Did you find one that suited you and that you felt you would be able to stick at?

The important thing to keep in mind is to find a routine that works for you, and then stick with it. Don’t keep constantly changing or you’ll just end up frustrated and depressed. Give yourself at least a month with the routine you choose, less than that just isn’t giving it a fair chance.
