3. Cycle To Work
Cycling is a fantastic way of keeping fit, as well as saving a lot on money on gassing up your car.
If you’re able then just invest a little money in getting yourself a simple and inexpensive bike. There’s absolutely no need to spend a fortune on buying a top of the range racing bike, it won’t get you any fitter. And don’t think to have to squeeze yourself in tight fitting lycra gear either, just some comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is fine (and it won’t put any unwanted bulges on display either!)
Always take care when cycling though. A helmet is something you should definitely have, and use dedicated cycle-ways whenever possible – many drivers are a lot less considerate than they should be!
